My driveway is two acres long. At the entrance is a farm gate that stays open. The amazon delivery person used to leave packages behind the gate, nearly buried in leaf litter. My neighbor found a package when he was mowing the grass. It had been there a month and was totally ruined. The amazon people were hesitant to replace the stuff until I sent them pictures. Come on guys.... it’s not rocket science. Don’t put a brown box down in dead leaves behind a gate that obviously hasn’t been moved in years. Geez...
At least they didn't throw it.
that your focus st? if so.. nice.

Lol!!!! Nice!
They are pretty good here.... I would take the sign down (not because I dont like the sign - but because in one home that could mean a 'joke' in another it could mean that you have invisible fence in the front yard and the dog can come running out at any time.......:). Amazon has instructions as to how / where to deliver - if you have an issue - contact amazon...
Ps as the owner of 3 large dogs - I have seen the Amazon (etc) guys walk to the door only to literally run and throw the package once the dogs start jumping at the door ...
My dog only weighs like 5 pounds. He's basically a big cat. Haha.
I live on 42 wooded acres in the middle of absolutely nowhere. We haven’t walked on most of our land because it takes a machete to get through it. So cleaning up our property is not an option. Also, when you consider that most of my packages require a signature, it stands to reason that the delivery drivers should come to the house. Not behind a fence in the brush, two acres from the house. If they want to put it where I know where to look, they need to bring it to my house and not toss it in the brush. But, hey, that would make too much sense.Or.....you might want to clean up your property or at least that space. And even go so far to put one of those patio storage boxes behind gate/fence so driver has somewhere to put it and you know where to look. But that would make too much sense.
Wait.... I see you’re a UPS guy..... FWIW, my UPS guy is the greatest. But because you’re a UPS guy, it explains you’re response to my post. You may be good at your job, but I’m sure there are exceptions. I’m not sure why you would defend someone that is obviously not doing their job correctly. Deliveries are supposed to be made to the house.... not the woods. I shouldn’t have to build or buy a storage box so someone can continue to do a sub par job.Or.....you might want to clean up your property or at least that space. And even go so far to put one of those patio storage boxes behind gate/fence so driver has somewhere to put it and you know where to look. But that would make too much sense.
