Feed them daily. Usually at night as that's when their feeding tentacles care open.
With very low to zero flow, you could feed them during the day.
I have had better success at night. The issue with during the day even in feed mode, is that if you have fish, the fish want to eat the food

Pellets of any kind make great Scoly food

Moderate light and water flow. . . . salinity range 1.024-1.025, ph 8.1-8.3 and temp range 77-79

I feed Frenzy pellets, they’re small. I only feed once a week with pellets. Other than that, KZ LPS drop, whatever they can catch in water column from Reef Frenzy frozen, pods.

I feed LRS Nano Reef Frenzy thawed to my scoly 3-4x a week, she’s looking great! Feed after the lights go out, you’ll see the clear/white tentacles come out from the center and they’re super sticky. Really cool to see them eating! She’s the pinky in the front right
