Jackson - wicked coral set and gem there. Just saw ur tank on the r2r FB page - I like your style of pack reef - do the same in my 90. Also commend the angle you took with this coral and didn't pump it for pay - cant say u see that much anymore these days. Or the "I want to see this growing in others systems" attitude. That would make a good new reality tv show - "Coral Horders" lol

Thanks Darren. I appreciate the good words. I know you have the same level of commitment in the hobby. Glad to see this coral go to a good home.

For those interested in frags, it's going to be a while. This is not a f/s thread I just wanted to log its progress. Thank you though, I appreciate the interest and I'm glad you guys like this piece.
Awesome Tenuis you have.
I think I have the blonde haired sister of your tenuis. I keep mine under LED, which is not the best for color though.
Picture shot under royal blues where is shines. Actually has yellow polyps coming out of the pinkish coralites, and green polyps come out tips.
Maybe we can breed the two together? ( ;

It's been a while since I updated. This coral is growing and color is maintaining. I am ahead of where I thought I would be at this point. I have 5 frags out to local SPS tanks (friends tanks). Color is maintaing in other systems. I'm going to start growing frags at different heights through my reef to see how it responds.
Here is an example of one of the frags and an updated colony shot. Pics taken with an iPhone 5 through a top down. No color enhancing!

It's so fuzzy I'm gonna die! This would be an absolute dream piece for my Sps 60 cube. I wouldn't know what to do with myself.

if i get a piece i will forsure let you no when its time, he just needs to answer me. been asking him for almost 6months already! :(. . he doesnt like me :( i am going to go to a airport and cry in the bathroom so no one sees me. LOL! jkjk.

Patience Rob :) I'll have one for you eventually. There's quite a few other guys that are before you. Sometime this winter I should have you covered. In the mean time get your 120 rolling :)
