I bought this cool frag for $10.00 and have no idea what it is. Anyone know?

Looks to be an Acropora sp.

Looks kinda dead and like it has been dead for at least a few days. Unless the polyps are just really sucked in and the flesh is tan and thin?

To me, it doesn't look dead at all in that photo. Click on the photo for an expanded view. It looks to have healthy flesh but the polyps are just not fully extended. Some are just barely peeking out. It is new after all so it needs some time. I have an Acro that has never extended its polyps one little bit during the day cycle in the past 8 months. Corals, they do the darndest things.

I have one that only extends when lights are completely off, darndest thing!
