UNS 75S Lagoon (26 gal)

Hello Reef2Reef gang!

I am finally getting around to assembling a build thread for my UNS 75S lagoon system after lurking on this forum for a few years. This tank was first set up in February of 2023 after I upgraded from my first reef tank, my Mr. Aqua 12g long which I modded with a DIY AIO chamber section. I liked the footprint of the Mr. Aqua and had success with softies, but found the small water volume to be unstable and I wanted more room for livestock. I am in college now across the country from home and my long term plans for this tank are undecided. Right now my parents feed it and top up the ATO reservoir but otherwise the tank runs on autopilot.

Current tank specs:
- Ultum Nature Systems 75S (26 gallons)
- Reef Octopus 24A sump
- 2x AI Prime 16 HD with hanging kits
- 2x Vortech MP10wQD
- Reef Octopus 110SSS 5" skimmer
- Reef Octopus Varios-2 DC return pump
- Tunze Osmolator gen2
- Cobalt Aquatics Neo-therm (150w?)
- BRS mini reactor
- Sicce syncra 1.5
- Adjustable skimmer stand

Livestock:
- Ocellaris clownfish (Jadeveon)
- Yellow Coris Wrasse (Ra)
- Royal Gramma (Grandma)
- Pygmy Cherub Angelfish (Angie)
- assorted mushrooms and zoas

Thanks! Yes, I am using 2 of the AI prime hanging kits.

This is really sick. I’m running two pico UNS tanks right now l the 20tm and the 45s. I’m going to up drilling one of their bigger tanks soon.

What is the evaporation rate for your ATO?

I'm thinking about getting a UNS 75S and doing it peninsula style. Wanted to see what you recommend for ATO reservoir size.

My ATO reservoir is 3 gallons and lasts about 5 days. I had considered setting mine up peninsula-style but was deterred by having to make/purchase a custom stand.

Getting a peninsula stand is pretty annoying. I've already decided to go with a custom stand and peninsula is really the only thing that fits in my space. Thanks for the quick feedback!
