@exnisstech Yes, your rollers already have our standard one-year warranty for manufacturing defects. Since you purchased directly from our website, you also get the extra six months, bringing that to 18 months total. Both are already in place and don’t depend on your fleece subscription.

For the Auto-Refill lifetime coverage, which also includes accidental damage, we can check that for you. Please email your subscription confirmation to [email protected] so we can match it with your roller order, confirm the coverage status, and check why your orders appear separately in your account.

@kratosxxl The colour looks good now—the dirty fleece shows that a lot of debris is being removed effectively.

A small difference between the three rolls is normal. Although they run together, each unit winds its own roll. Differences in resistance and in the thickness of the dirty fleece can affect how tightly each roll winds and how much fleece it takes up. They won’t always use exactly the same amount or build up to identical diameters.
thank you appreciate it

i think its how long it waits untill it spins roller after sensor touching the water
Gotcha. I was going to have to ask for more detail if it was run time 🤪 Mine delays longer than I like so I may see about changing it. Thanks

Sorry OP for highjacking your post :)
@NatureDimensions I just emailed you with a question regarding whether I should keep using the filter when the one with the sensor runs out of roll. I noticed that the middle one has the most roll left — should I move the main one to the middle?

Hi @kratosxxl, we recommend replacing the Main’s roll before it runs out. Without fleece in the Main, its water level no longer follows the normal filtration cycle, so its sensor can’t control the linked units properly.

Having more fleece left in the middle unit doesn’t necessarily mean the Main needs to move there. Small differences are normal, while a substantial difference needs checking. Yeah, for sure, we can help you to figure this out.
