Do you have any SPS where you just think I aint seen anything like it before?

Or some of those frags where you just buy them as abit of a lucky dip and see what it grows into?

If so I would love to see some of them,

Here's mine....

The only possible thing I can ID it as its some kind of Tort, but it has grafted into itself, heres the frag against what the full colony looks like in my tank,

Showing greens, reds, purples and blues o_O

This was a red chunk for a while, then it started growing with a color change and yellow tips.

Looks like that has been busy grafting too, its strange what triggers different colour pigments in the corals

That’s wicked, man!

These are cool!

OP, coral looks really cool

This is one I cannot get to grow, but also have never really seen anything like it. It's the smooth skin version of Garf Bonsai. The original colony did not have green polyps, and looked like a Lokani or something similar. Very, very slow grower. Sorry for bad pic.

Could be a pale garf ???

Not a garf. This is it close to when I got it, well over a year ago now. You can see what I mean when I say slow growing.. It's definitely some kind of smooth skin Acropora. It was from a colony RR got in before Indo ban. A friend got frag and I got a frag of a frag. He lost his piece, and I've never seen a named RRC piece that resembles what it looks like today.

You don't see healthy gemmiferas too often.

Love it!!!!!! Beautiful natural looking growth and color, well done. This is rare in that no one keeps these, even though they are brought in often. The second pic is awesome with the bright green polyps near the tips. These reefcrest corals come in rainbow colors too, wish more were known and shared among us reefers.

Amazing graft, just get reefbuilders to write about it and you will have a money piece :)

I have a thread here where we're trying to figure out what this is. Acropora is as far as we've got. I'm going to endlessly post it till I figure it out lol

I've poured through corals of the world but never quite found something that has these weird corallites.
