Upload pics from iPhone pics?

Just curious if it is still an option to upload pics from my iPhone like in the past from my photos rather than a URL?

Don't have the app never have, but I used to have the option to upload saved pic, now just the option for URL.

it is but it's a radio button called "upload a file"...
