Still doing about the same as last time, but maybe a bit more active. I've picked up some Metroflex, Focus, and Garlic Guard at the advice of my LFS. I'll be feed him some mysis shrimp and TDO pellets soaked in the combo to see if that'll fix him up. He seemed annoyed at first when I squirter the concoction near him, but now it looks like he's swimming around a bit and nibbling

Metroplex needs to be dosed accurately, too low of a dose and it won't help, too high of a dose and it is so bitter, fish won't eat it. The proper dose is 1 to 2% by weight in the food/focus mix. You'll need a gram scale though.....

Oh, OK. The instructions made it sound like the exact dosage wasn't super important, so that's good to know!

Yeah - I know. You’d think the companies that sell these products would know more about them, but that often is not the case.

So little update.
The sick clownfish seems to be doing much better after about 1.5 weeks of the metroplex. It's eating excitedly and swimming around much more in all levels of the tank. I can't 100% tell if it still sinks to the bottom a bit or if it's just a clown being a clown, but at least it's always upright now.
Since I've never treated a fish before, how do I know when to stop feeding metroplex and when should I send him back to the main tank? Does there need to be a gap between the two, where there's no medication but still in the QT tank?
My rough plan was to keep medicating until early next week and then sending him back to the main tank a week after that, but I have no idea if that makes sense.

What was your metroplex dose?

I was trying to follow the directions best I could, so I did one cube of frozen food (about a teaspoon) mixed with about a third of a scoop of metro and a third of a scoop of focus. I'd use a pipette to squirt it, so maybe like 1ml a day.
I also put about a scoop of metro into the water in my 10 gallon QT on the first day
