So I was finally able to get my hands on a used 250 reefer the tank I’ve been wanting . I’m pretty excited . The guy I got it from upgraded to a 525 so I was able to pick this up with no accessories.
He upgraded the plumbing to a standard 1” brs set up . Found a guy selling a nib reefer 300 skimmer for 175 picked that up Then I stopped by my lfs and got

another Ai prime 16hd to go with the one I already had. A cheap Simplicity dc return pump 1k gph w/ controller has a 3 yr warranty , I was ready to spend on a eco tech M2 and my guy at the local lfs talked me out of it . He said I’d be better off buying a mp40 instead . I got 40 lbs of sand some turbo start and 40 lbs of life rock and more salt

gonna start this build next weekend !
Anybody know a way to clean dry algae and remove old water line ?

Love my reefer 250, picked it up used for a great deal. I added a cabinet to the side to house all my supplies and electronics. Love the arches in your rock
