Varios Float switch Problems

So out of the blue, the float switch on my Elite 150-INT stopped working after the collection cup filled up. After I emptied the cup the switch is stuck open and no amount of sliding it up and down, plugging and unplugging the connector, or jiggling the wires did anything. Is this a common thing? I cant see why this would fail on me.

Nope. It stays a solid red/orange color

turn the orientation of the float switch the other way. I had the same issue and just reoriented the switch and now it works as advertised.
