Welcome to Reef2Reef!!! It (at least partially) depends on the condition of your current tank.

Welcome! Great place here! Plenty of seasoned people and lots of collective knowledge. No problem we can’t solve together.
As others said depending on how your other tank is the deciding factor in moving things. If healthy and pest free I would only move a few rocks and maybe a few scoops of sand to the new tank. Good luck with the 150. I have a 125g tank and is a beast and runs like a champ.

Welcome!
As far as transferring everything, you can certainly do it with no problems and not even have a cycle if you have all the live rock. However, if you want to do new things or try all new animals, then you can start over.
Decision lies in your goal for the new tank.

Or, you can just do what the rest of us do and become a multi-tank owner. It will happen, just accept it. :)
