We know what corals have a symbiotic relationship with an algae called Zooxanthellae. Vibrant states it will remove algae with heterotrophic bacteria that consumes algae.

Is there any negative effect on corals with addition of vibrant?

Also, is coralline algae safe from vibrant?

I think there could be. I don't think anyone but vibrant can answer that question.
