Ordered this from NYaquatics and it was supposed to be 5-6". Michael has informed me that he sucks at estimating fish sizes.

(Switch to 720P HD)

I am a happy customer nonetheless, as he ate within two hours of being placed in qt. That is nearly unheard of for regal angels, let alone this large! He does something right over there! I highly recommend NYaquatics.

Sharing the quarantine tank is a transitioning male kuiters leopard wrasse, 2" chevron tang, 4" purple tang, desjardini Sailfin juvenile and a 2.5" yellow tang. The tangs all came from PiecesOfTheOcean and I am very happy with them as well. Great vendor.

Also all eating well.

Thanks guys, yeah I wanted a smaller specimen because they're lower bio load but this guy is just so striking and gorgeous I can't find myself selling it. I'm attached

Just for giggles I tried feeding it pellets and flakes. It readily ate both. Wow within 24 hours.

Not that either will be a primary staple of his diet, but my last never ate either. This guy is something special. *knocks on wood*

Stunning fish and awesome QT tank. All the fish look relaxed( if it's possible to tell when a fish is relaxed.)
