I have a older fixture that has a burnt out LED. Im looking to replace all the leds, doing away with most of the white leds. I have a electric background i should not have an issue with the soldering. Does anyone have a link of where to get the led's. Are they 3W diodes?

Yes most likely 3w diodes and this type:

no circuit board..
Best to verify what is on your board.

Not sure what happened to the violets though..
Lots of threads on doing this..

"Full spectrum" are usually royal blue and a red phosphor.

Not sure what a "pink" is though likely about the same. Maybe a touch of a green phosphor.

what do you mean by verify the board?

Im planning on royal blue, blue and violet.

Why could i run 5w leds and get a new driver?

There were a few that used smd LEDs which makes it more difficult.

Rare but always a possibility. So just just need to check on which led diodes it has.

Generally no point in trying to upgrade the driver.
Best to start from scratch..
