I perused the forum looking at confetti photos and comments. Seems overall positive and the bubbaque last colony pic was rather stunning and I believe his photos to be accurate on a AB+ like spectrum but not as “confetti” as I have seen many over saturated pictures. Battlecorals just shows a standard pink. Obviously daylight photo. Vivid shows some crazy amazing photo under blues. It has been a coral on my list but I’m not sure from the photos I have seen if it’s worth the price tag.
QUESTIONS?
1. Do you have it?
2. Do you believe it to be a stunner
3. Does it stand out or have an equal or greater impact as a common Walt Disney, Orange Passion.
4. Would you buy it again?
Thanks for your input. If you have pictures post them.

Yes to all 4 questions, but it must be placed properly. In high PAR it will turn all hot pink, in medium PAR around 250-300 it will show the multiple colors that it should. Here's one of my 5 colonies under AB+ and another one under blues.

Yep. Very worth it. I do have it. Mines pretty and it develops some green to the skin in lower light, in higher light it’s very bright and vibrant, even during daylight. Under blues it’s phenomenal

Mine is finally starting to do something after a year. Actually has some blue to it for me.

Saw jack, super nice man I hope mine looks like that. I’m switching to g5 this week.

It is pretty nice. You can find similar pieces for a fraction of the money, but they might not have all of the exact colors. It grows fast as is really hardy. Prices have come down quite a bit, so look for a hobbyist selling it and you will get a better deal. It looks good under nearly all lighting which makes it more attractive to a wider audience.

IMO, it is not as good as SCOP, but way better than Walt Disney. To me, this one might be up there with SCOP, Fox Flame, RR Pink Cadillac that is still desirable in a decade when the all-blue trend wanes since it does look good under any lighting.

Absolutley! Yes too all the above. Mine sits between Homewrecker and Walt D. Good grower once it gets going.

SCOP is the highest on my list right now. Good to know both have potential to be long term desirable.

I just got a frag of confetti yesterday. It's beautiful. But the maleficent acropora is better.. its still early and they are just frags but the confetti is worth the money from a hobbyist. I wouldn't pay retail for it

IPhone pic under kessil's. But yeah, it's kinda worth it and one of those pieces that's in any sps keeper's catalog.
Hello, I know this is an old post, question is, how fast is the growth. I have a small frag with many points about the size of a 1/2 dollar. It's showing pink tips and green center but not showing the color yet of the pictures on this thread. Just wondering what to expect.

Thanks

Mine is small but I noticed its faster than others but not as fast as like a slimer or bill Murray. So I'd call it a medium speed grower. Some really nice examples in this thread, cant wait for this to grow out even more!
