Vortech MP40 - which flow with acropora

Hello

I’ve reef tank about 105 gallons 40x28x22 visible on 3 sides.
Tank is fully about Acropora

2 Vortech MP40 are on the same short side.
I’m using Tidal Swell 80%

I would like to share with you which flow is better, also if you can suggest mixed flow on 24h that you have personally created .

I’ve heard folks sing praises about reef crest mode for high flow loving corals. Set them on opposite sides at slightly different heights to creat that nice chaotic flow.

Opposite sides anti sync on reef crest place them 3 inches below the waterline.
