Beautiful corals, I have a few questions if you don't mind.
your tank is a 180 gallons right? how much rocks do you have? Do you keep sand? How many fishes and how often do you feed them? Do you feed your corals any other foods or just the fishes? Do you have a a picture of the whole tank and pictures of the sump?? I just want to get a better idea of all the equipment that are used to grow those corals.

Thanks

+1 to this. I'd be interested to know what you are feeding the fish and corals daily?

The acros looking amazing by the way.

Thank you. I just feed my fish and that seems to keep the corals happy, mostly.

I haven't found a supplement that has provided any demonstrable benefit. I have been adding Red Sea energy A and B recently (couple months maybe) at the suggestion of a friend but I have such a hectic travel schedule that I have been adding it once or twice a week and sometimes not even that so I wouldn't give any weight to it as a supplement. At least if it has any benefit, I can't say one way or the other.

Lookin good........do you know the name of the pink chalice on the left?

Unfortunately I don't pay much attention to chalice names. It's just a very pretty one with no name attached. I dont even remember whom I got it from. I like the color and contrast these give to sps tanks. They work well near the sand

Thanks TUSI

I'm the same with chalices.......no clue about the names. I've got the same piece as well as a few others and have no idea what they are called.

Awesome shots of your gorgeous SPS! Kudos to you! I prefer the keep it simple method, too. Works well. Developing a relatively new SPS system now after being away from the hobby for a while. They never cease to amaze me. Thanks for the great pics!

It is a bit crazy
Simply stunning, Can we please have a full tank shot and do you have a build thread i can look at please :)
My tank is not quite ready for a FTS. I keep culling coral that just never matched up to my expectations and replacing them with frags that I hope have potential.
very nice!

Can you post an update on the params you are aiming for?

Alk, calc, p04 and n03

My tank runs around 7.5 dKh via a calcium reactor. I don't routinely check my calcium but my last Triton had it around 430 ppm. My nitrates run low because of a refugium with chaet0, a skimmer, weekly water changes and siporax so I supplement with powdered KNO3. I aim for Nitrates around 2-5 ppm but it can drop lower if I am not vigilant. My phosphates fluctuate between .03 and 0.1 ppm. It is a pretty simple tank given how complicated reef keeping is.

I have this sitting in my frag tank and it is just about as pretty as I have ever seen. It was in my display and threatening some very nice sps so I managed to break some off and the rest I epoxied over in the display. Fortunately, this piece is doing well in my frag tank and it won't be threatening any sps here. I think this is a very underrated coral. When its color gets good, its really good. In fact it doesn't even look real. This was under ATI Blue Plus t5's. I think it is pretty cool
