Welcome to R2R !!! I would do a 10%, around 10 gallons weekly or every two weeks depending on your livestock.

Like he stated 10% and up to 20% depending on livestock. Just keep a good check on nitrates as they will give you a good idea on how much of a percentage. :) If nitrates are still low after a 10g change you would be fine...if a bit high you might need to adjust you % a bit more.
