Hi I just brought a water test kit to make sure my lvls are right and iv been looking on the internet and it's mixed messages so looking for some advice. I currently have two clown fish and some coral tank has been set up for almost a month and is going through the uglies at the moment. Can someone please shed some light on what I should be aiming for. Thanks

Hi- If i were you i would shoot for these type of ranges...
Salinity 1.023 to 1.026
Temp between 76 to 80 degrees
PH 8.1 to 8.3
DKH 7 TO 10 no higher or lower
NO3 under 20ppm,over do water change
CA 420ppm to 450ppm
As long as your tank is cycled, you should only have to check your,, AM and NO2 every 3 months,or if you suspect issues.
Also advise using RODI water, and test with TDS meter... Of course theres more to it such as lighting, flow and trace elements...
Hope this helps ..best of luck.
