Red is still eating well, seems to come out as soon as the return is turned off. Maybe too much flow combined with being the only fish in the tank, but it is looking and eating well.

Today I added a bottle of coralline algae, hopefully that isn't a waste of money lol. I have noticed some patches of brownish algae starting to pop up, I did expect this since the lights are on now. I'm hoping the coralline will start competing with the other algae and help curb the inevitable uglies.

Oh and here's one of the Evo 13.5, I dumped about 1/3 of the bottle I'm there also. I do have a used mp10 otw for this one.

Tomorrow I'm ordering a cuc and some sexy shrimp from reef cleaners. Next Friday my 3 clowns are supposed to be delivered!

No luck with the pom pom crabs right now so I will just have to add them at a much later date.

Cuc ordered, 50+ snails and 3 sexy shrimp. I'm hoping they come next Friday when the clowns come, since I'll be off work anyway.

Tomorrow I'm going to blast the brown stuff off the rocks and do water changes . Pretty sure it's diatoms so I'll try to increase water changes. Will also be adding pods next week so lots of new critters going in soon!

Not having much luck finding clean chaeto anywhere though, I was hoping to get the fuge going soon to help fight off the inevitable algae.

Well the margarita snail died, I knew it was coming was just waiting.

Got a message from Holly at cultivated reef that my clowns won't come till next week. Kinda sad, but I'll take next Friday off too now.

I was about to buy a bigger return pump for the Evo 13 when I realized I have the stock from my waterbox still, and it was a perfect fit. Turned down halfway has created a nice flow finally!

I ordered another Nero 3 since the mp10 I bought from the forums turned out to be junk I wasn't going to spend the money on the "qt" but thought I was getting a good deal on the mp10.

Tomorrow I'll set up the ATO and probably do some water changes because I've got some diatoms popping up in both tanks. No sign of any other algae yet so thats good.

Well I got hooked into the AquaSD live sale tonight...picked up 1 rfa so far, hopefully can get 1-2 more tomorrow.

Also the new pump is putting out too much heat in the Evo so may have to take it out unfortunately.

Mp10 being returned now, yay.

I was bad this weekend and got involved in the AquaSD live sale....picked up a couple RFA'S and a bta.....I know too soon for the bubble tip but I'm going to test my luck.

Time to research dips and acclimation for corals again

I enjoyed look at this build! I'm surprised you went with a nero 3 on a 20G and very surprised you went with a nero 3 on a 13G QT tank. Not in a bad way. More of in a jealous way :p

Thank you! It's been a process but feels like it's finally getting where I want it.

I really like the programmability on it for the cube, so when the mp10 didn't work right I just grabbed another Nero as a knee jerk. If I would've had more time I probably would've gone cheaper lol.

I'm extremely happy with the clowns I got from cultivated reef and definitely recommend them. I swear one even has an M just above his fin lol.

My reef cleaners order is running behind and I have no idea when it'll be here so I'm getting worried about my sexy shrimp.

Reef cleaners all in both tanks, and this money cowry is one of the strangest things I've seen.

Couple fts before I add 10 lbs live sand to the Evo...

Horrible sandstorm, I still feel bad about how cloudy the Evo is tonight.

On a more comical note, here's a snap of my snail with antlers.

I'm guessing it's some kind of macro algae, curious if/how long it'll last.

Well the happiness didn't last as long as I had hoped....the frostbites were getting super aggressive towards the Darwin, so my knee-jerk reaction was to toss them into the cube.....it's only been a week and I haven't seen any sign of sickness but I'm still nervous.

I'm going to keep feeding them for internal parasites and keep a close eye on them all. The darwin's fins are looking pretty tagged but he's still eating well and looks good.

Hopefully I get my lights dialed in on the coral QT soon cuz my live sale order comes the 19th.

Well that was exhausting but all are dipped and acclimated successfully!

I did get a couple teeny tiny bristleworms, I think, and an aiptasia I think. Otherwise all look very good!

Not the best video but I feel pretty good about it all now.

I did get a little freaked out when I transferred the bta to the tank and it wouldn't let go of my fingers! Going to have to look up what people normally use for moving them before I put in the cube lol.

Tomorrow I think I'll do some small water changes and maybe a little reef roids for the corals.

Couldn't get any good pics tonight but will try tomorrow.

Well my first bta is looking ok so far in my little 10g holding tank. A couple zoas aren't too happy and the 3 RFA's are back and forth.
Pics aren't that good but heres my coral tank and bta.

Almost everything in the coral qt still looking pretty good. Had a diatom bloom so threw in a turbo snail that's way too big for the tank, but he's bulldozing through everything. The corals look happy and I'm not sure if it's the snail poop or what lol.

I added my 3d printed nem guard to the 20 cube, and a random flow generator today during water change.

Somehow the color matches my feed cup very well, couldn't be happier.
Thanks @ocpondpoacher it only took me about 4 months to get it done on my end
