The waveline wave puck is " apex ready" and has 0-10v port on its controller? Can this port be used to connect to the P4 and be controlled?

Yup, its just a standard 0-10V port.
 
Or crimp it into a. Rj11 with proper layout?
 
I don’t know why 0-10v ports just can’t be universal. I know it’s easy to cut and use the break out box but its even easier to just plug it in. Hahahah
 
No ProfiLux use RJ12 - 6 parts telephone cable for 1-10 V – RJ11 is four part
