Ways to hang lights

I have a aquaticlife light against the wall trying to figure out best way to put the aquaticlife above my Elos 126 xl

Ive seen it done from the roof a winch or a bracket on the wall

8 bulb t5, with 2 led bars (9’ ceiling)
Used shelving brackets and added 1by to the wall to ensure stud mounts.
