Look at our smiley list:

I cannot express myself with this list. Where’s the laughing emoji? Where’s the embarrassed/shame emoji? There’s a ton of different smileys that fit the theme of the first row of smileys that we have. Everything below the first line is too small and doesn’t express the emotions well at all. I mean, how is this a laughing emoji? ;Hilarious <— it’s awful

I’m on a complete different forum, and they use the same smileys as the first row that we have, but their selection is so vast and I can express myself much better.

I know smileys are such a small detail, but they mean the world for the online world where tone of voice and facial expressions are absent.

Here’s the smiley I want (and there’s much more too!) Notice how the smileys are cohesive? Notice how there’s ways to express feelings? This is what we NEED!

Please admins!! Please give us better emojis!!!

If you are a member, please respond to this thread. We really need better emojis on this forum. There’s no way I can tolerate these current emojis because I cannot express my tone. Tone is CRITICAL on online forums!!!

Let’s bump this up!!

I sent @revhtree and @Daniel@R2R a PM. I know they can do this because they respect the users who support the forum.

All I ask of you guys is to reply saying something along the lines of “please give us better emojis”.

This will really help improve all of our experience on the forum.

Benefits of having proper emojis:

1. emojis are funny and improve the user experience.

2. people are less likely to miscommunicate which leads to less arguments.

3. It will attract more users to the forum.

It's 2022 there's no excuse, they are a complete **** show for sure. They really should just accept a more standard protocol.
*inserts pondering emoji*

We don’t even have a pondering emoji. Absolutely unacceptable.
