So I got this zoa today and in the bag came two things with it. The first looks like a cross between a starfish and a sand dollar. Hard to get a decent picture of it because it's about the size of closed zoa polyp. At first I thought it was debris, but every time I flip it over, it flips back over by itself. The color is white, looks like a sand dollar on the bottom, the top is white green and brown.

Bottom - I had it on a pipette.

The second is actually the same thing.

I'm sure that's what they said about the rats running around, until they got killed by the plague!

You can leave them and let them multiply if you like, then get a Harlequin Shrimp. He will eat them all up. Both the Star and the Shrimp are reef safe so you are good either way.

Thanks for the reassurance...they were dropped in before saltyfilms had responded, I'll stop looking for them now.
