I noticed this white bump on my clown early monday morning and I have no idea what it could be. I noticed it was very small and now it's only grown the tiniest bit but I would like to try to identify it if anyone has seen similar. I thought it could be lymphocystis but I personally dont think so, she loves to sift and shimmy through the sand so I thought maybe a small cut or scratch? She also likes to nudge her partner alot so I took him into consideration too but I dont want it to spread or get worse if I can do something about it. I also noticed that when she got close to the glass the bump kind of squished against the glass instead of falling off or being hard.

I dont have exact water parameters right now but the tank is healthy, very old, and I haven't had issues with diseases in the past.
Im not sure who I can tag for help but if anyone has any ideas on what she might have on her face I'd love to hear it.

Tough to see clearly - does it look like a small fluid filled blister? The first photo does, but the second photo, not so much.

believe it or not these are the clearest images i could catch of it, its hard to focus the camera on such a tiny bump.I really can't tell if its fluid filled it is very clear and I noticed that tiny white speck on it today im not sure if its healing and scarring up or its trying to worsen. its squishy smooth and clear not sure if that helps im sorry.

she likes to go face first in the sand and shimmy all around and sometimes she will boop her face on the glass so that could be it im glad its not anything terrible. is there anything i can do to make sure she heals?

Keep an eye on area to assure not becoming sore . If so, treat with seachem neoplex
