First fish in the tank is the longnose butterfly I've had in QT for around 5 weeks.

The view from the couch is much improved!

Fish have moved in and seem to love all the space. Slowly moving inverts and coral over piece by piece.

Snagged the trio of Golden Rhomboid Wrasses that Zoacollector put up for $250! Crazy good deal and are on my list.

Super excited. I will have to move up the acrylic lid order!

Yesterday I spent moving my motorcycle down from my sister's house. I'm too much of a weenie to ride it down here (SF Bay Area), but it ought to sell better down here than in northern California.

Today I did a water change in the nano/frag tank, set up a new QT for the wrasses that should arrive on Tuesday, installed the skimmer in the sump of the of the 93 gallon, added a grounding probe, er and now I'm making water to fill the QT and top off for next week.

They are aggresively eating a mix of 2 sizes of mysis, and enriched brine! They eat like little hunters.

I'm too much of a weenie to ride it down here (SF Bay Area)...

I call that being smart, not a weenie. I used to ride, but gave it up because of the crazy amount of unsafe/undocumented drivers in my area. Way too common to see some idiot glued to his/her smartphone, drifting in and out of their lane, glancing at the road only occasionally.
On a positive note, nice wrasse you got there Good to see you going above & beyond to accommodate them.

So..... Despite all my counter measures, it looks like my display has ich or velvet. Ich I think. Some spots showed up on the longnose's fins and within a couple days he's pretty well dusted.

I evacuated the main tank last night. Gave everyone a freshwater dip, followed by a reef rally bath, then in to the QT. Everyone seems to be doing well. Eating like normal.

On a side note, it was surprisingly easy to catch the fish. I just lifted out my three rock pillars and set them in a rubbermaid tub while I netted everyone.
