very very nice purchase.
called Les at 9am hawaiian time, Monday, placed my order with a couple of local guys. we made several adjustment to our order but Les was more than welcome to work with us.
Gave me all details on where and when to pick up at the airport cargo. Text me image of the shipping info as soon as he got it.
Package was very good and professional. LIVE FISH sign all around outside the box, with arrow pointing up. Styrofoam box was a real box, not one of those cut out pieces and made into a box. Boxed was taped down pretty tight, took me a good 10 minutes to get it off (which is a good thing, tell me that he took his time making sure things were packed correctly). Upon opening the Styrofoam box, saw 2 big heat packages on the top, still very warm. lots of newspaper so the bags didnt have any chance to move.
