I think 0. I am colorblind which doesn't help but typically when I have been told its 0 it looks like that :)

That's not at 0. I'd say 5-10ppm. Now go add corals and fish I kid, I kid :)

I place vial Over the color chart to see if I can tell shade difference through the vial

I’m seeeing 2-3ppm, but API tests are not that accurate.
Anything under 10ppm is good for me, and it’s certainly lower than 10.

I took a photo of your first photo and used the colour matching tool in the Aquarium Note app.

Using the lighter colour on the left-hand side of the vial, it shows a value of about 2.5
