Ive got a few montis and a acupora thats have been stuggling these crator like holes have been appearing on 1 of the 3
What are these crators?

I cant tell if they are hard ot soft. But they do appear to be forming around old polyps.

It almost appears to be the trying to heal around old polyps ill take some more pictures tonight. It only appears to be happening where the rest of the frag is shading itself.

Those are definitely weird and seem to originate from the coral tissue on the close up image. Any chance you could get higher mag images in whitish light? If they're coral tissue, they could be a weird version of coral growth anomalies (sometimes linked to carbon dosing and bacteria). If they're not coral tissue, I would wonder about some sort of sponge?
Look up Glass Sponge and see if you think it could match.

Im new to saltwater so admittedly i don't know much, which is why this fourm has been such a great help. But I have been dosing a large amount of bacterias the last several weeks to try and fight dinos. So you could be on to somthing with this. Im doing maintenance today and will take the frag out and take l some more close ups

So i wasnt able to get much better pictures then previously postedthe perfectly round crators are starting to look more like flower petals

Not certain if that is just a unique form of tissue loss or something else. I'd lean towards tissue loss. Given your struggle with dinos and dosing bacteria, this is probably related to lack of nutrients and/or a bacteria dosing side effect. What are your nitrate and phosphate levels currently? Also, are you dosing amino acids?

Phosphate is super low barley detectable at the moment with my salifert test... nitrate is about 2.5-5 ppm which i just got back up after it basically bottomed out from the dino fight with daily siphoning, daily filter sock change/skimmer cleaning, a lot of bacteria, plus reduced feeding. Realy wiped them out.

Phosphate starvation is very damaging to corals. This paper documents on at the cellular level that phosphate levels below 18 uM (0.17 on your Hanna checker) cause cellular damage to aquarium kept Euphyllia. Although probably not true of all aquarium-kept corals, it does give pause for thought.
Your rock and sand are likely absorbing phosphate from the water and you will need to add a lot of Neophos (or homemade equivalent) to offset this. Once your phosphate level comes up to 0.10 or so, you will likely overcome your dino issues and coral losses.
