What are these spots on my Duncan?

It hasn't been fully open in a few days, one of my clownfish died today too. I inspected the clown and couldn't see anything on it but it had started hosted my Duncan not even a week ago so I turned on the white lights and saw this.

I am in damage control mode. My aptasia is going insane, my bubble algae is driving me nuts....this is so frustrating.

I checked parameters and everything was insanely low. I suspect this bubble algae is sucking up all my nutrients.

Please educate me! What do you see in the picture that led to this diagnosis? I have never knowingly had a problem with flat worms, but then again, I have no idea what to look for. Can you point out on the photo what I should look for?

They're all over that duncan.
