Yes scrape them off with something like a scalpel get as much as you can see off. Rinse in clean sw. Glue might be easier but maybe not as effective. ok, I'll see and will test that way (never done it before, only dab on the end, but at some point they open from the base new tube and start to grow back again. I'll try to take off much as possible (which I do with tweezers bit by bit) and will use gel super glue over the med viscosity, to build thicker barrier over the area they are.Yes scrape them off with something like a scalpel get as much as you can see off.
