What are these tiny white critters?!?

I only see these things at night. During the day, when the light is on, they are nowhere to be seen. There are hundreds if not thousands across my rock work. Never seem to be on the glass either.

Not sure if it’s related, but my zoa‘s were completely wiped out.

I can't tell from the picture but it's likely amphipods and copepods.
 
A couple more pics. Looks like 2 different types maybe.

First picture appears to be a Collonista snail. Not sure on the second picture.

Both seem to have a similar pattern on its shell so I would say both are probably collonista snails. Thanks for your help!
