What are these worms?

Hard to say exactly from the image but if you're seeing worms flying around at night I'd say they're likely some sort of polychaete epitokes.
 
These are seen during the day.
 
Maybe dorvilleidae worms but seem too stubby. Do they swim? First photo looks like some are swimming.
 
I see some of them floating around but most I see are on the glass.
