are they soft or hard?
i was thinking chitons too but if youre saying flatworms then they must be soft?
and if theyre soft then probably some kind of flatworm

looks like a type of tunicate if its fleshy if transparant and they move flukes or flat worms.

Chitons are fine, as far as I know. Just detritivores and grazers. Some places even sell them. Those are usually 'fuzzy' chitons.
