What are these

they are quite small but have no idea what they are these things have small antennas coming outta their head they only come out at like 9-10 ish when bluelights are on

They usually have a really tiny hole at the top of their shell. They are oval shaped.

Are limpets harmless
They're usually okay, but they will scour the bases of golf ball corals that come on aquacultured live rock. Consequently, all of mine were banished to the sump where they do a good job keeping sump walls and baffles clean.

They are super small like 8 mm
The ones I was thinking about are closer to 3 mm than 8 mm. Are they oval or round? I can't tell from your picture, but I'm assuming you were talking about the white specs on the glass.

Yes the ones on the glass and yes probably more like 3mm but they always hide in the morning

Do they show on the glass when the lights have been off, then after the lights have been on for about an hour they disappear. They could be asterina that is harmless but can multiply. I have them and whenever I am doing a water change I will pick them of the glass and toss them.
