My clowns move between my wall hammer, and a massive frogspawn thats close to 50 heads. And yet the sleep in the corner of the tank straight up and down against the glass.

Clowns are certainly weird little creatures.

Once they pick it’s hard to make them stop unless they choose to.
They picked my Aussie torch, only thing I can do is hope the coral adapts to it. Mine did stop after getting stung too much though. If the bubble rejects them they may stop. One thing you can try is isolating them with the octo, but no guarantees.

Many vendors do it. It ranges from super high tech to just putting it in a bag like a fish. If I were to personally do it I would find a way to suspend the plug and keep it always upright so damage is minimal. Many types like euphyllia don’t ship well.

Most recent pic I have. Corals were upset because I just finished a rescape/cleaning. It’s made up of 3 large boulders and lots of rubble.
