I’m a big fan of WALL HAMMER. Everyone raves about branching but the WALL HAMMER gets super full!

Kelly Green Pasamacora , has other names ,, Goni's , not as under rated as they once were though , the top of my list :) Favia's ,, for the most part ,, except for a few , you can get them for almost nothing and they are awesome ,, I have in the neighbor hood of 25 in my tank ,, all bought as frags ,, but they are growing :)

xenia! i had xenia when i started and it started growing.. too well.. and it kinda scared me so i tossed it. and i miss it. :(

but i'm also kinda glad my rocks aren't covered in it. i really want to set up a softies tank and just let kenya trees, xenia, and gsp go hog wild in there

I like gorgorians.

the photosynthetic ones make awesome starter corals, as long as have the light and flow they need. And not super growers that might have to trim constantly as you add more expensive corals later.
Are you able to get yours to grow very fast? I just have one photosynthetic and hardly grows
