Any ideas? Mouth opens wide enough to make me think it’s a predator. Has not attempted to eat other fish in the last three months tho.

Looks like an Amblygobius species.

Saw this on reef beauties just now. Maybe this is your fish? Its listed in their gobies and blennies section
