Not only looks like lympho or post injury, but happens to run along the lateral line of body and may be due to irritation from mixing meds. Stop the GC immediately and do not mix anything with copper- I assume coppersafe?

Do a good water change and get to coppersafe level of 2.25PPM monitored with a Hanna brand copper test kit. The spine showing on upper dorsal also of concern but can have skin grow back with good diet.
What foods are you feeding it and any other fish in QT with it?
Divider you can but likely not necessary and this may be viral and not disease. A lot of fish in this tank and monitor ammonia with a reliable test kit. Diet- Add brine shrimp and LRS fish frenzy and again, no focus - no metro and no GC while using copperCopper power. Frozen angel fish food mixed with mysis and fish eggs. There are two other female swallowtail, bangaii and a flamehawk. I know ideally to move all the fish out but I don’t have another qt tank and if I do it needs to be cycle for a few days. One more week, the rest of the fish will be complete their 15 days copper so I can remove them.
I am debating if I should use a divider.
Why no metro, or gc while using copper? They just finished second dose of GC. I soaked food with GC, Focus and selconDivider you can but likely not necessary and this may be viral and not disease. You dont want to mix coppersafe with anything if necessary and its often one or the other and coppersafe is made with bonders to make them safer than pure copper, this means that sometimes mixing them with other chemicals can make them toxic. Metro needs to be used when necessary and precisely ny weight wich is .5gm and will make fish food taste bitter and GC also contains metro at 500mg and is increasing amount along with low level of PraziquantelWhy no metro, or gc while using copper? The brand I am using is copper power if that makes a difference. You dont want to mix coppersafe with anything if necessary and its often one or the other and coppersafe is made with bonders to make them safer than pure copper, this means that sometimes mixing them with other chemicals can make them toxic. Copper power and coppersafe have the same properties, treat the same and are both amine chelated products with bondersThe brand I am using is copper power if that makes a difference.
Ok, what’s my next step? Some suggests that I can do a ruby reef rally bath.
Yup when I first got her two weeks ago, it wasn’t look as bad. I have to double check on the missing divotsRuby Reef won't do anything if it is Lymphocystis (there is no treatment for that, it just goes away in time on its own).
Did the spots grow in numbers gradually and increase in size gradually? In the middle photo, towards the back of the fish, there are some "divots" where it looks like scales are missing - any idea as to what could have caused that damage?
She’s gotten worse now there’s cotton balls near her mouth. Good thing she’s eating.
Did a second rally bath and now she’s on her 3rd dose of kanaplex.
What’s next? Thanks.
what would be the best course of action next without knowing for sure what she has…….That big lesion looks "eruptive", that is, it seems to be coming from deeper tissue and then breaking through the skin. Lymphocystis doesn't do that. Trouble is, I can't really say what that might be. There is an internal fungal infection that is sometimes seen in this species that can cause that symptom, but it isn't really treatable....it's called Ichthyophonus hoferi (but I think it has a newer name now).

I already did 3 doses of kanaplex already that’s why I am at a point don’t know what else I can doYou could treat with a broad spectrum, gram negative antibiotic like Kanaplex or Neoplex. However, the Ichthyophonus I mentioned is not treatable.
