What does your username mean?

I'm always curious about things. I like to learn and soak up all kinds of information. Some of you guys have hilarious nicknames, and some rather cryptic. As I've personally settled in and made Reef2Reef my goto reef forum, I figured I'd like to get know you guys. So with that, what does your username mean?

Mine? My name is Dwayne, my friends call me Mr. D. I owned a Jeep. And 123 rythms with D. :tongue:

My user name is Atlantis Labyrinth. It's the name of my tank Atlantis , the city under the sea, because I have a city of tank inhabitants. And Labyrinth because the caves and tunnels in my rock work is like a labyrinth.

I spent 23 years in the Fire Service. When I would go out of town on weekends to take classes I would say that I was going to take an "under water firefighting" class. When I signed up for R2R I thought it was a good fit. Kind of a play on the old under water basket weaving thing. And with keeping a reef there are plenty of under water "fires" to put out.

Ha! I'm assuming for when something bad happens? Like line tangling or something? I don't know. I have never been skydiving. I want to go so bad though.

I go by KorD on here and another Reef Forum for WI... The name I typically known by with my friends is Krazy... I do lots of things for work that people would never think of, and we do it from hanging off or rope anywhere from 300 feet up or lower.. a KorD is a type of rope, and it is also fitting that KorD stands for Krazy or Die.

Fin - Yes, fish have fins, but that would be too simple. My avatar is a picture of my Landshark neon sign and I am a bit of a parrot head. So, Fins Up! :)

P.S. and I have named one of my tanks also - "Pirate's Reef."

The first forum I got on some 18 yrs back would use the first three letters of your first and last name as your initial sign in. Then you could go change it. Computers were so painfully slow I didn't care to take the time to change it so I stuck with Rob Top, added the 1 on R2R cuz Rob Top was taken. I assume by myself at some point and I just don't recall
