While his preferred colony of choice was large enough to take it. My tailspot blenny constantly munched on montipora. I think a cardinal will be great as well as the gramma. Fang blennies did well in my 40 breeder. They just need their spot to sit that would be far enough away from gramma territory.

Sixlines, dottybacks are not gonna be peaceful.

As mentioned, tail spots are not 100% reef safe, but I love fanged blennies and there are quite a few that are captive bred now, my two favorites are the striped and the kamohara. Basslets are awesome, as well as pseudochromis, fridmani would be the only one I would choose, as they stay small and are less aggressive as the others, but if getting a royal gramma, then I would not add a pseudochromis to that small of a tank. Any of the "cleaner" gobies in the Elacatinus genus are awesome, which may be what blue goby you have now?
I would check out ORA and Biota's sites to see how many "nano" captive bred fish there are, you'd be surprised by the choices we have now.

It's funny I have larger more modern tanks. But this is my favorite ❤️

@minus9 I believe the little blue fish is a black clown goby. Does that change your thinking any?

It has perched on my trachy in the past. It was a rescue from Petco when they got all new tanks. That was several years ago.

Thanks
