I have several options for culturing. These are for my fish which include: 1 royal gramma, 2 engineer gobies, 1 yellow watchman goby, 1 clownfish, and 1 spotted mandarin dragonet. Keep in mind that I also have frozen food and pellets.

I don't like rotifers because they contaminate everything... reproduce crazy fast.
Mysis Shrimp like to eat the young so need a system that addresses that.

If I had to pick one it would be copepods. I find brine shimp not too bad but they are dirty creatures so careful on population density and feeding.

Haven't tried amphipods, but it is my understanding they consume copepods.

I may give white worms a try one day.
