Some kind of worm coming out of this tube, thought was peanut worm orig in store and we tried to remove it. No idea what this is

It seems to retreat back into tube when bothered, very odd

Also worth noting I dipped the entire piece in Aquaforest coral dip for ~5min and scrubbed before putting into tank

The movement resembles some kind Sea squirts.
