Hi everyone , have had a few fish die with suspected flukes or brooke,
Female clownfish now has raised white bumbs so I’m wondering if it’s lymphocystis or ich or flukes and brooke as previously suspected
tank is currently dosed with PraziPro and fish are eating food with metroplex and kanaplex

Sorry - your pictures aren't clear enough for a solid diagnosis. Sometimes, a good video can help with that, especially when trying to ID Brooklynella (the fish will swim differently when they have that). Linking a video to YouTube will work if you can't post a video directly here.

What fish have you lost, and what was the timeline?

Don't dose metroplex or kanamycin orally unless you calculate the dose properly; metronidazole needs to be dosed at 1% by weight in the food. too little and it won't help, too much and it makes the food bitter and the fish may refuse it. Kanamycin is really tricky to dose orally - too much will cause kidney failure. The dose for that is 50 mg per kg of fish mass.

Here is a post on how to dose oral meds properly:

Sorry - the water spots on the glass are making it tough to see. The fish don’t swim like they have brooklynelka. At the end of the video, for a split second, it almost looks like ich.
