What are the worm looking things on my rock work? They are also attached to the back glass.

May not be the same thing on the glass and rock, but I think I heard someone call them Spirinoids....some googling reveals they are actually called "spirorbis" worms.

Yes, both answers are right. The spirobid worms are the little round white ones on the glass and rock but I also see hydroids sticking up from the right side of the rocks. Both are filter feeders and the spirobid worms will self regulate. Watch the hydroids as sometimes they can grow exponentially and take over valuable real estate in the tank.
