lol you read the posts before, they are very easy to remove with a razor blade, spoon, just scratch them off outside of water and they will be gone, nothing to worry about, if youre still worried read the post before

These will often grow in your pumps or filter compartments. If it's close to a coral I usually try to remove it. Who knows about that torch though, could have been anything. Took over a year to die. The sponge was literally inside the torches skeleton. I couldn't ever get it out

I was saying that the user that posted that likely had other issues going on with their tank and that the sponge ‘irritating’ the coral wasn’t the main factor contributing to its death.
