What kind of coral is this (not doing well)?

I got this red xenia 2 weeks ago. It's under halides and high up...

It was doing well but recently been shrinking and in fact some tentacles of it's stems have been cut off(it seems)... Or shrinking...

I have other xenia that's doing well...

What am I doing wrong...I have a mixed reef..

Is it too much lighting?

Try putting it lower down in the tank.

Alk 9.0, 1.025 salinity, po4 0.02 ppm which is LT sea... Nitrate 3ppm...
Calcium 400...mg normal high...
80F... Temp.
