What kind of worm is this?

Apologies for the horrible picture and under blue lights. But any idea is this is a fireworm or any harmless bristleworm?

And the vast majority of fireworms (a type of bristleworm) are harmless to the tank. You don't want to touch any bristleworms with your bare hands if possible, but they aren't anything to be feared.
Thanks for the insight! I recently introduced a wild live rock to help my tank become more established, and i guess this one sneeked in
