what lighting to pick

Hey i have a 20 galloon long that I'm setting up and i am trying to decide on what lighting to go with. i want to grown mainly acros the two lights that i was thinking about was a kessil 360w or a 24" long 6 bulb ATI fixture. what do you guys think? What light would give me the fastest growth and best colors?
